Cancellation, Exchange, Termination, Return, Exchange or Refund Policy
You can cancel the orderof a good that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform us of the problem that prompts you to cancel the order with our customer service and obtain prior consent to cancel the order.
You can exchange agood that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform the Merchant of the problem affecting your product and obtain an exchange authorization from them. Thereafter, you must, if required by the Merchant, ship the goods to their address in order to obtain an exchange
- Exchanges are permitted, except for special orders and custom items.
- The customer must bear the delivery costs in the event of a return.
- All merchandise must be in its original packaging and be resalable for exchange.
- You have a period of 10 days following receipt of the goods to request an exchange.
- Exchanges will be processed according to their availability in inventory. In case of shortage of inventory you will be notified by email or telephone.
Exchange only, refunds are not valid.
